1. Physical Exercise:
By doing physical exercises, the movement of oxygen in our body is faster. It increases your memory power, reasoning thoughts and ability to respond quickly.
1.1. Read more books:
Books are one of the best ways to increase knowledge. Although we love reading Facebook status from reading books. We spend more time online today than offline. So I can study different things online. This will develop our talent and increase our tendency to think big things.
1.2. Eat balanced meals:
Eat more calorie rich foods. As well as foods rich in vitamin B, such as greens, dairy products, eggs, meat, etc. should be consumed daily. Vitamin B develops in the brain and nerves.
1.3. Needed sleep:
Excessive workload releases harmful hormones like cortisol into the brain, which increase the amount of glucose in the blood. So we should sleep for 3-5 hours every day. It is better to sleep longer at night. But for some reason, if sleep is low at night, we should get some sleep during the day.
1.4. Meet with people:
Wondering how this might affect mental health again. Although surprising, the truth is often true. We have a very bad attitude. We like to be alone most of the time now. And then our companion is either mobile or computer. As a result, we actually feel lonely. So we have to spend extra time alone or with other people. This will reduce our tendency to be alone. And if we discuss or talk about anything with our friends or family members, our relationship with them will deepen. Usually we like it when we talk to our relatives. Because then the hormone called serotonin is released from our body. This hormone contributes to our happiness and, if we have depression, plays an important role in eliminating it. And prolonged discussions about anything enhances our brain's ability to think, do research, and so on.

We should spend a little time meditating around doing physical exercise. Any good thing can be meditated on. This will calm the brain and increase attention to the task.

2.1. Laughing-happy:
One thing to note, people who are always smiling, chatting are less stressed. That doesn't mean you have to laugh all day. Share jokes or funny stories with people or hear from them. This will refresh the brain and strengthen relationships with humans.
2.2. Sports or Hathaway
Those who read this article are not necessarily children of 2 1/2 years. You are either a teenager or an adult. The most effective way for teens to maintain mental well-being is to play in the afternoon. In fact, there is no alternative to sports to keep the mind fresh and frivolous. When you were a teenager but you didn't mind playing, you didn't mind. Many people may have noticed. The day the sport is done, the mind is also taught. That is why sports are important for teenagers to keep their mind fresh. Now wondering what to do with those who don't have a field nearby. They can go for a walk in the park in the afternoon if there is a park or river near them. In this, the vividness of nature will refresh the mind and the brain. And for the elderly, walking is better.

We who believe in religion can participate in religious activities. The peace of our soul also keeps our brain alive. Because attending religious rituals removes thought from the inside of people's mind for a while. Therefore, according to many, religious feeling is very useful to the mind and brain.
