What is health ?

What is health


What do we usually mean by health? It has many definitions. However, it is not really possible to analyze or define all definitions.

According to the definition defined by WHO,
"Health refers to complete physical, social and mental well-being. It is not just the absence of disease or weakness that is called health."
Again, in the WHO, the WHO changed the definition of health.
"Health is an asset of daily life, it is not intended to survive. Health is a positive sense of social and personal life that motivates physical ability."


This means that a person's position in a wider society depends largely on his health. Even though an ill person has a lot of money, his worth goes down in the society. A healthy lifestyle is essential for a fulfilling life. Recently, researchers have given another definition
"Health is about living a healthy life, adapting to new obstacles and weaknesses."


The reason for such an idea is that over the last few years, a lot of awareness has been created on the ailments of people in science. So now the survival of the disease is not called health. Overcoming all kinds of obstacles, the body beautifully manages the mind and the mind.
Types of health
So far we have discussed about health. Now we will see what kind and what health is.
Generally speaking, health refers to physical non-mental health. But spiritual healing, financial comfort, emotion regulation, etc. play a vital role in sustaining these two types of health of the people. Now we know what physical and mental health mean.
Physical health
Physical health refers to the functioning of every part of the body. It is important to be physically healthy in our lives. If the body is not healthy, no work can be done properly. Body wellness is very important at every moment of life. But to keep this body healthy, we have to adhere to our hygiene. A person is physically healthy and every part of his body is functioning properly, not just because he is free from disease. Rather, it is only because of daily exercise, nutritious food, and full rest.
Now we are talking about why physical hygiene is human? Before we know the answer, we do not know what physical hygiene is.

Physical hygiene: Physical hygiene is a healthy lifestyle that reduces the risk of developing an illness in the body.
Physical well-being depends on the breathing, heart rate, muscle strength, flexibility and physical structure of the human being. Physical fitness helps reduce the risk of various diseases in the body. Therefore, we must adhere to our hygiene for physical fitness.

Mental health
Mental health refers to a person's emotional, social and emotional well-being. Physical well-being as well as mental well-being are essential for living a fulfilled and active life.
Defining mental health is a little harder than physical well-being. Because mental health depends on the individual. Every human emotion, joy, pain, thinking is different. So each person's mental well-being depends on his own. A person's mental well-being depends on how happy he is with his condition. If he is not mentally healthy he will not be able to stay physically healthy. Always having a smile, trusting in one's own situation can help to overcome mental stress and emotional weaknesses.
The most important thing in our life is our health. We must protect this health and live a happy life by obeying our hygiene.
